On 27 March 2026, the YOULEAD consortium held its first Steering Committee Meeting online, chaired by Panathlon International as project coordinator.

The meeting represented an important step in ensuring regular coordination among partners during the first phase of project implementation. Participants discussed the progress of the project, with a particular focus on the external evaluation process, the preparation of the upcoming Transnational Project Meeting in Podgorica, and the ongoing research activities under WP2.

The consortium also reviewed communication and dissemination activities, including the development of project graphic materials, the preparation of a project leaflet and the future structure of the YOULEAD website. Partners reaffirmed the importance of coordinated communication and shared visibility at European level.

The first Steering Committee meeting confirmed the consortium’s commitment to maintaining active cooperation, clear communication and shared responsibility throughout the project. The next Steering Committee meeting was scheduled for May 2026.
