On 21 May 2026, the YOULEAD consortium held its second Steering Committee Meeting online via Zoom, with the participation of project partners and under the coordination of Panathlon International.

The meeting provided an opportunity to follow up on the outcomes of the first Steering Committee Meeting and to review the progress of the project’s main activities. Particular attention was given to the external evaluation process and the status of the Inception Note, as well as to the ongoing research activities under WP2, led by the University of Montenegro and the Instituto Andaluz de la Juventud.

Partners also discussed the preparation of the upcoming Transnational Project Meeting in Podgorica, including dates, logistics, the draft programme, expected outputs and coordination between the different Work Packages. Communication and dissemination activities were also reviewed, with a focus on partner visibility actions, upcoming initiatives and WP5 coordination led by EMCA.

The meeting confirmed the importance of regular coordination, shared planning and clear follow-up among partners, ensuring that the YOULEAD project continues to move forward in a structured and collaborative way.
