On 9 December 2025, the YOULEAD consortium officially adopted the project logo, marking an important step in defining the visual identity of the initiative.

The logo represents three stylised human figures, symbolising leadership, community and the meaningful inclusion of young people in sports governance. The central figure, elevated and larger, represents a young emerging leader empowered through YOULEAD’s training, mentorship and development process, while the two side figures reflect the wider ecosystem of young people, mentors, sports organisations and stakeholders working together towards a shared mission. 

Its upward-moving composition evokes growth, progress, openness and empowerment, while the central shape also recalls the letter “Y”, creating a direct connection with youth and the name YOULEAD. The colours reinforce the project’s values: yellow for leadership and vision, red for energy and action, teal/blue for trust and inclusiveness, and deep blue for professionalism, credibility and governance. 

The logo therefore expresses the core message of YOULEAD: supporting young leaders to rise, participate and shape the future of sports governance through research, training, mentorship and intergenerational cooperation.
